Speakers
Serge Jespers
Serge worked on cross-media productions such as Idols and Big Brother for Belgium's largest commercial TV station for over five years. As a freelance Flash developer, he has since become involved in interactive museum installations and personalized video projects. Serge recently joined Adobe Benelux as Business Development Manager.
Danny Dura
Daniel is based in San Francisco and works for Adobe as an international specialist on Apollo and Flash. Prior to his employment at Macromedia and Adobe, Daniel founded a Rich Internet Application company in Dallas with his brother Josh. He has been a popular speaker and host at both larger and smaller events all over the world for a number of years.
Sakri Rosenstroms
Sakri Rosenstroms journey into the Flash platform began in 1999 with a tweening fest for his "hire me" websites flash intro! After a degree in Graphic Design, he followed some *solid* advice, and set off at the height of the internet bubble to "make Gazillions on the web!!!". Shortly after landing a job as a "web designer", he discovered the joys of programming, and began to metamorphose from designer to developer. Learning the ropes by heavy bookworming and extensive online forum procrastination, today Sakri spends his days coding actionscript3 and mxml (with a focus on best practices and Design Patterns). After four years at Sony, in 2005 Sakri joined Nascom (a Belgian production house for online content working for clients like Sony Europe, Brussels Airlines, ...). At Nascom he happily plays the role of a lead flash developer, researching, developing and assisting a team of fellow flash platform enthusiasts. Sakri might still be a wee bit short of the Gazillion, but is 100% loving it!
